SAJ Electric is seeking a passionate problem-solver to join our team in Melbourne. You will be the vital link between our product and customers, acting as a product expert and trusted advisor to maximize value from our solutions.

Responsibilities include advanced technical support, pre- and post-sales assistance, and collaboration with service and R&D to drive continuous improvement. You will deliver training and represent the company at events and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.
• Strong knowledge of C&I inverters and battery storage systems.
• Experience in technical support, project engineering, or system commissioning in renewables.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced phone, email, and on-site support to installers and customers for Residential and C&I solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to system design, installation, commissioning, and operation.
• Support sales and projects with technical expertise during pre-sales, execution, and after-sales.
• Liaise with service, repair, and R&D to ensure efficient issue resolution and improvement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, commissioning guidelines, and troubleshooting manuals.
