Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience.

• Sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: oversee projects across the practice and identify needs to reduce risk.
• Sales Support: assist RFP responses and pursuit processes for Consulting work.
• Team Leadership: recruit, develop, and manage a diverse, remote consulting team on Workday.
• People Development: mentor and coach, analyze skills, and enable cross-training.
• Performance Management: set goals during reviews and collect feedback from clients and managers.
