Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Integrations Senior Manager in Melbourne to guide consulting services with expert advice, staffing projects, and liaising with executives. You will support sales activities including orals, estimations, and SOWs, while leading a remote team across Workday implementations.

Major responsibilities include team leadership, people development, and performance management, ensuring adherence to Workday methodologies and achieving high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of Workday or ERP consulting implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading a virtual team for 3+ years.
• Sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
• Promote a team-oriented, challenging and innovative work environment.
• Lead and manage Senior Managers and/or Managing Consultants to ensure adherence to activities, processes and procedures outlined in Workday and the Cynergy Implementation Methodology.
• Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
• Build credibility with clients and the company; influence to achieve goals and foster business development opportunities.
• Perform role of mentor and coach; cross-train to staff projects appropriately.
