Compass Group is seeking a Volume Recruiter for ESS Remote to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume operational roles across remote sites. You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, and coordinate campaigns, assessment centres, and targeted sourcing initiatives.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume operational roles across the ESS Remote portfolio.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment campaigns and events, including assessment centres and targeted sourcing initiatives.
• Build consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing recruitment expertise and workforce insights.
• Maintain and engage a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs.
• Collaborate with your team and share knowledge to deliver outstanding outcomes.
