Compass Group Pty Limited in Perth is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume workforce needs, including remote site operations and village environments.

You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, run tailored campaigns and events, build strong stakeholder relationships, maintain a proactive talent pipeline, and collaborate with your team.

• Experience in white-collar recruitment, ideally within corporate or site-based leadership environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume workforce requirements, delivering talent solutions across large-scale mobilisation projects, remote site operations, and village environments.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Coordinate and participate in tailored recruitment campaigns and events, including assessment centres and targeted sourcing initiatives.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment advice and market insights.
• Maintain and engage a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs.
• Collaborate closely with your team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Experience using Pageup or at talent acquisition software of similar nature will be highly regarded
