Job summary

Civeo Australia is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our remote village team on a 14 days on, 7 days off roster. You will oversee accommodation standards, policy compliance, inspections, welfare checks, incident response and cross-team support across Food & Beverage, Administration and Village Management.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality or accommodation experience, strong customer service and conflict resolution skills, and relevant certifications (First Aid & CPR, Security

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, accommodation or service-based role.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Certificate II in Security (preferred).
• RSA (RMLV highly regarded).
• Current C-Class Driver's Licence.
• Strong administration and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor village facilities and ensure compliance with accommodation policies.
• Conduct village inspections, welfare checks and security-related duties.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances and emergencies.
• Support administration, stocktakes, audits, and operational activities across departments.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
