ISS Facility Services is seeking a Village Manager to lead remote accommodation villages in Australia, directing multifunctional teams across catering, facilities, administration, cleaning and guest experience. The role emphasizes safety, client partnerships and service excellence in a remote, high‑demand setting.

You will drive operational performance, develop leaders, manage budgets and rosters, and ensure a consistently exceptional resident experience while delivering on contract commitments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading mining villages, camps, resorts, hotels, or large hospitality operations.
• Proven leadership of teams of 50+ employees.
• Strong commercial, operational and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
