Job summary

Civeo Australia seeks an experienced Duty Manager to lead safety, guest services, and village operations on a 14 days on/7 days off roster. You will oversee accommodation standards, inspections, welfare checks, incident response, and cross-team coordination in a remote village setting.

Ideal candidates have hospitality leadership experience, strong customer service, and current First Aid & CPR. Certification in security and RSA are valued, along with a valid C-Class licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager or similar hospitality, accommodation, or service-based role.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Certificate II in Security (preferred).
• RSA (RMLV highly regarded).
• Current C-Class Driver's Licence.
• Strong administration and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor village facilities and ensure compliance with accommodation and behavioural policies.
• Conduct village inspections, welfare checks, and security-related duties.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations.
• Support administration, stocktakes, audits, and operational activities across departments.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, clients, and stakeholders.
