Job summary

Amplar Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Virtual Health team as a Triage Nurse. You will assess and triage callers, provide evidence-based advice, and determine next steps in care, all from a home-based setup.

The role requires an RN with strong clinical background, AHPRA registration, and the ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment. Training is provided, with flexible hours and weekend/night shifts.

Qualifications

• RN with 3+ years of full-time clinical experience within the last 5 years.
• Must hold current AHPRA registration without Notations.
• Experience in Emergency/triage, Paediatrics, or Acute Medical/Surgical is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage health concerns over the phone using clinical judgement.
• Advise on appropriate next steps and connect callers with healthcare services.
• Support a 24/7 virtual health service with independent work patterns.
