You will provide reliable guidance via email, phone and messaging platforms, manage reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations and special requests, and keep clients informed about destinations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or support roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote home-based environment.
• Comfortable learning and using booking systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Support clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
