Job summary

Medpro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Remote Travel Coordinator to blend client care with the freedom of working from home. You will plan itineraries, coordinate flights and hotels, manage bookings, and communicate with clients to ensure seamless travel experiences while maintaining meticulous records and delivering outstanding service.

This fully remote role supports international clients, requires reliable internet, and offers onboarding plus ongoing training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, Australia, LATAM, or Spain.
Must have access to reliable internet.

Responsibilities

Create and manage customized travel itineraries for vacations, cruises, resorts, tours, and group travel.
Coordinate reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and travel experiences.
Review booking confirmations and travel documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and provide itinerary updates.
Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client needs.
Monitor reservation changes, travel schedules, and outstanding booking items.
Maintain organized digital records and client documentation.
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
