Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead based in Australia. This fully remote role requires leading PPC and Affiliate Managers, setting testing roadmaps, and owning multi-channel growth budgets to maximize CAC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

You will mentor a distributed team, oversee campaign analysis, tracking, and partner negotiations, and drive data-driven improvements across the funnel for scalable, profitable growth.

Qualifications

• At least three years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Minimum one year in hands-on PPC management.
• Minimum one year in hands-on affiliate management.
• One year leading or managing a growth or traffic team.
• Proven budget management for acquisition programs.
• Experience with multi-channel growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach PPC and Affiliate Managers with KPIs and roadmaps.
• Own acquisition strategies across PPC and affiliate channels.
• Oversee PPC campaigns: bidding, structure, targeting, testing.
• Negotiate and manage affiliate partnerships and traffic sources.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV; forecast weekly.
• Ensure tracking integrity across GA4, Mixpanel, and affiliates.
