Immutable is seeking a remote Customer Growth Lead in Australia to own end-to-end paid campaigns for a portfolio of game studios. You will design launch growth plans, optimize ad networks, and manage lifecycle programs that retain players.

You will also own budgets and drive data-driven decisions to scale growth across partners. The role emphasizes autonomy, direct leadership interaction, and leveraging a modern martech stack to move fast, with a focus on email, lifecycle, and launch activities

• Hands-on performance and paid marketing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch and optimise paid acquisition campaigns for game studios.
• Set up and tune ad networks and user acquisition channels end-to-end.
• Design and run launch growth plans for studio partners.
• Own email, CRM and lifecycle programs that retain and re-engage players.
• Own a budget, track performance, and reallocate spend based on data.
• Build repeatable growth playbooks that scale across multiple studios.
