AutoRABIT is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist customers in demanding development environments, learn new products quickly, and deliver expert troubleshooting and service. You will be the primary contact for new support requests and guide customers to the best implementation of our tools.

This 100% remote position requires Australia residency, on-call/weekend rotations, and some early-morning or evening meetings to align with global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent degree or equivalent technical support experience.
• 2-3 years previous technical customer support experience.
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
• Must live in and be eligible to work in Australia.
• On-call/weekend rotations; occasional early mornings or evenings to collaborate with global teams.
• 100% remote job; 10% travel; interview process may require in-person component.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for new customer support requests.
• Drive technical issues to resolution from qualification to in-depth investigation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consultants, Engineering and Product management to troubleshoot issues and improve customer experience.
• Maintain professional, complete, well-formatted communications across all channels.
• Work across teams globally and adhere to SLAs.
