Employment Hero is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner/Internal Recruiter to support a Nationwide portfolio with a strong focus on regional areas. The role emphasizes credentialing, compliance and candidate care, with flexible hours and a remote-first setup.

You will work alongside a Recruitment Consultant, sourcing for IT and government-related campaigns, while building relationships with clients and candidates across a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Has strong Boolean search capabilities.
• Has a good knowledge of IT disciplines.
• Knows how to use LinkedIn and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Calling candidates for initial interviews.
• Resourcing candidates for jobs off database.
• Screening applicants from job adverts.
• Preparing CV submissions to clients.
• All other tasks related to recruitment.
• Flexible working hours & WF H setup.
• Hot desk - abundance of live roles & opportunities to work immediately.
