Job summary

Curiosity Tree Early Education is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team in a fully remote, part-time role. You will own end-to-end candidate experience, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for our childcare centres.

We value 3+ years in high-volume recruitment, childcare sector experience, and strong communication. A home office setup with Teams is required; occasional evening screening interviews may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience in high-volume hiring.
• Childcare or teaching sector experience preferred.
• Experience using Employment Hero (advantageous).
• Home office with a computer capable of running Teams.
• Willingness for occasional 15-minute screening interviews in the evening.
• Strong communication skills; ability to manage multiple roles and candidates.
• Current Blue Card (Working With Children) or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and match candidates to roles across our childcare centres.
• Recommend shortlisted candidates to centre and senior management.
• Coordinate face-to-face interviews onsite with management.
• Manage pre-employment checks and close vacancies when filled.
• Be the main point of contact for candidates with prompt, warm and professional communication.
