Amplify Solar is seeking an experienced solar sales consultant to work remotely, handling warm leads and guiding clients from consultation to close. You’ll design and present proposals, close deals, and rely on an in-house team for site visits and installations.

You will operate on a commission-only model with uncapped earnings based on installed systems, ranging from solar-only to solar plus battery installations. Flexibility to work across Australia time zones is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years selling residential solar and/or batteries with demonstrable results.
• Understands system sizing, rebates, the solar sales process.
• Experience assessing existing systems for battery retrofits and upgrades.
• Ethical, customer-focused; enjoys design, consulting and delivering best outcomes.
• Meticulous with notes in the CRM and admin.
• Own phone, laptop and a quiet place to take calls; Queensland market experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Sell solar and battery packages remotely to warm leads.
• Run consults by phone or video, design and present proposals, and close sales.
• Coordinate with licensed team for site visits and installation.
• Keep CRM up to date with client interactions and outcomes.
• Adapt to regular product, rebate and pricing updates.
