Job summary

Core Talent is sourcing a Solar & Battery Sales Consultant for an Adelaide-based role in the residential energy space. You will engage inbound homeowners, design tailored solar + battery solutions, and guide customers from initial contact to close in a consultative, customer-facing capacity.

You’ll work with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling), conduct in-home consultations, and manage quotes and CRM activity, delivering an end-to-end, high-quality customer experience while earning

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (phone and/or face-to-face).
• Prior Solar and Battery Sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in renewable energy with a technical mindset.
• Self-driven, energetic, and target-focused.
• Driver’s license.

Solar & Battery Sales Consultant | Residential Energy | Leads Provided | Uncapped Commission

Location: Adelaide

Salary: $60,000 base, guaranteed commission for first 3 months

We’re partnering with a fast-growing renewable energy business in the residential solar and battery space, looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join their expanding team.

This is a consultative, customer-facing role where you’ll design and present tailored solar + battery solutions to homeowners. You’ll work with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling), managing the process from first contact through to solution design and close.
