Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of software products and IT solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
