Qualifications

• Proven experience with TypeScript, React and Node.js in production.
• Strong background in Web3 technologies and blockchain-based apps.
• Fluent English communication skills for global collaboration.
• Experience delivering Web3 apps or integrations to production environments.
• Hands-on with blockchain wallets, DeFi protocols and on-chain data sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end full stack development across React UIs, Node.js backends and Web3 integrations.
• Design and scale decentralized applications with wallets and DeFi protocols.
• Integrate Web3 libraries, SDKS, third-party packages and APIs into robust workflows.
• Architect systems for performance, security, scalability and interoperability in decentralized ecosystems.
• Develop infrastructure capable of handling real-time market information and data streams.
• Own the full software lifecycle from design through deployment and production support.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes and implement reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers on architectural decisions and research emerging technologies.
• Contribute to trading and market intelligence product development for high-performance UX.
• Maintain high engineering standards through careful technical decisions and best practices.
