Job summary

The Recruitment Company is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for Trading Platforms in Sydney. You will lead end-to-end delivery of trading functionality on a large-scale SaaS platform, coordinating five squads (50–60 people, 65–70% offshore) across Australia, Vietnam and the UK, with a focus on cloud-native architecture.

This is a full-time hybrid role (2 days in the office). You will collaborate with solution architects, developers, designers and portfolio leaders to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-squad delivery programs.
• Background with wealth or trading platforms or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS product delivery and technical platform builds.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of trading functionality.
• Coordinate 5 squads across multiple regions (Australia, offshore).
• Translate complex trading requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Drive agile delivery standards, documentation and reporting.
• Bridge UK business/product teams with Australian technology squads.
• Ensure SaaS deployments, API integrations and cloud-native builds meet high standards.
