Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a senior lead for major client accounts and a portfolio of projects. You will ensure exceptional service delivery, drive client retention, and lead fee proposals to grow the business.

You’ll oversee capital planning, risk mitigation, and governance across large, technically complex programs, including data centers and mission critical facilities, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 years in construction/project delivery with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience delivering large capital projects, data centers or similar.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
• Experience with project financial performance and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead major client accounts or a project portfolio with top‑tier service delivery.
• Drive client retention, account expansion, and growth initiatives.
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and fee proposals.
• Identify opportunities to expand services across a capital portfolio.
• Oversee revenue, margins, AR, and forecasting for profitability.
• Guide cost control, capital planning, procurement, risk management.
• Deliver value engineering and cost‑saving recommendations.
• Develop and mentor a high performing team and ensure QA/QC.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across processes.
