Confidential client is seeking a Mission Critical Director, APAC to lead data centre engagements across ANZ and Asia. The role encompasses client leadership, project oversight of hyperscale and colocation work, and growth of delivery capabilities.

The candidate should have 12+ years in mission critical design consultancy, established client relationships in Australia, and a track record of winning work. Chartered status is highly regarded, with flexible on-location in Australia.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience in mission critical / data centre design consultancy.
• Track record of winning work and growing a team or client account in Australia.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Chartered status (CPEng, NER, CEng or equivalent) highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with major data centre clients, developers and operators in ANZ and Asia.
• Provide project leadership across hyperscale and colocation projects.
• Grow market share and lead bids, pursuits and client presentations.
• Build internal capability across delivery and technical teams and develop succession depth.
• Sit on the national executive committee and influence the wider business.
