Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction programs. You will act as the primary client liaison, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver critical infrastructure on time and within scope.

The role requires 8+ years in project management for data centers or critical environments, strong leadership, and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management within data center or critical environments.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery.
• Experience with complex MEP systems and critical infrastructure.
• Ability to travel or relocate to project locations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders across data center construction projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center clients.
• Lead client meetings, reporting, and communication strategy throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes for data center builds.
• Review and approve subcontractor contracts, change orders, and pay applications.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure strong commercial performance.
• Support estimating, procurement, and bid strategy for data center construction opportunities.
• Lead constructability reviews and value engineering for mission-critical environments.
• Ensure alignment between design, scope, and execution strategy for data center delivery.
• Oversee project schedules, identify delivery risks, and drive accountability across teams.
