Job summary

Accenture is seeking an on-site Construction Manager to act as the customer’s senior on-site representative for major data-centre projects in Australia. You will oversee milestone readiness, integrate developer/GC work with customer fit-out, MEPs and commissioning, and manage interfaces among multiple teams.

You will coordinate risk, progress reporting, and health and safety compliance, ensuring turnover readiness and successful project handover to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in large-scale construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with customer/owner in major construction contexts.
• In-depth knowledge of WHS and safety management for high-risk activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer master schedule and readiness for milestones (EFA, FA, RFS).
• Maintain 6–12 week look-ahead; identify constraints on critical paths.
• Coordinate and escalate remedial actions with delivery parties.
• Manage milestone entry/exit criteria and evidence for acceptance.
• Validate construction progress through site inspections.
