Job summary

Dayforce seeks a Principal Service Consultant to guide end-to-end Dayforce HCM implementations. You will oversee design, configuration, and delivery, mentoring teams and aligning with customer requirements. Strong background in change management and industry best practices is essential.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams across multiple projects, driving solutions and ensuring successful deployments in a SaaS environment. Remote work across AU/NZ is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Postgraduate coursework or Master’s degree is an asset.
• 10+ years in HCM applications consulting and 5+ years in a Dayforce role.
• Strong business process mapping and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide design and delivery of Dayforce HCM to meet customer requirements.
• Provide SME oversight to project teams across implementation lifecycle.
• Lead internal project meetings and provide status on progress.
• Mentor consultants and share implementation best practices.
• Support sales with scoping and solution guidance during deals.
