Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response.
• Strong knowledge of common cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
• Experience with security tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and vulnerability scanners.
• Proficiency in security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance regulations.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and logs to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees to foster a security-conscious culture.
• Analyze threat intelligence and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
• Manage and maintain security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
