Cockroach Labs is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build a high-velocity top of funnel. You will reach the right people at the right time and set up opportunities for the sales team.

You will excel in a fast-growing environment, improve prospecting processes, and gain deep product fluency in CockroachDB. In this role, you will manage outbound campaigns, qualify leads, and collaborate with AEs to ensure strong handoffs while hitting quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation or Sales Development.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and lead qualification applications.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflow to improve speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a multi-channel outbound strategy.
• Research and prioritize target accounts weekly using signals and data.
