Job summary

Absorb Software is seeking a remote-first Client Advocacy Specialist to provide high-quality technical support for the Absorb platform to clients worldwide. You will engage via phone, chat, and desktop sharing using a ticketing system and help clients succeed with our LMS.

The role requires 1+ years in technical support or related client-facing work, strong communication, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a technical support role or similar client-facing position.
• Basic understanding of core web components.
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues via phone, chat, and email in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver clear, professional communications to clients and internal teams.
• Investigate root causes and propose client-focused solutions.
