You will work with growers, distributors and industry partners to drive territory performance through strategic account management, trials and market development activities, traveling across SA to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in agronomy, agriculture, horticulture, crop science or related discipline.
• Experience in sales, business development, market development or agronomy within agriculture or horticulture.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with sales, revenue and market share objectives.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships across South Australia.
• Build partnerships with growers, distributors, nurseries, consultants and other stakeholders.
