Job summary

Agribusiness Recruitment is seeking a commercially driven sales professional to lead the South Australia and Victoria broadacre territory for a global crop protection leader. You will drive sales growth, strengthen distributor, retailer and grower partnerships, and deliver territory plans to achieve market share gains.

Key responsibilities include forecasting with customers, reviewing performance, and aligning plans with seasonal market conditions.

Qualifications

• Commercial sales experience in agchemicals, fertilisers, seeds, agronomy or related sectors.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of broadacre cropping; horticulture or viticulture experience advantageous.
• Five or more years' sales or marketing experience in agriculture preferred.
