Qualifications

• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident communicating with support workers, participants and management
• Able to make decisions when rostering changes occur
• Reliable, responsive and able to work independently
• Experience in rostering, scheduling or disability/aged care operations (desirable)
• Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and NDIS sector (desirable)
