Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects Australia (CPP) is seeking a proactive Services Planner to build and shape a planning function for maintenance, replacement and upgrade projects across Australia’s electricity network. You’ll own workforce planning, scheduling and work-pack prep, balancing resources and priorities across sites.

Reporting to Delivery Managers with field teams, you’ll help mobilise contracts, develop maintenance plans and establish efficient planning processes to support national AMS

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, resource scheduling, project planning or a closely related discipline.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, priorities and resources across different projects and locations.
• Strong experience using planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project, CMMS or asset management systems.
• The ability to interpret technical documentation and translate asset requirements into practical maintenance or work plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with operational, technical and project delivery teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of workforce planning, scheduling and work-pack preparation for maintenance, replacement and upgrade projects.
• Maintain visibility of available resources, employee capabilities and upcoming work demands across multiple sites.
• Support mobilisation of maintenance contracts and develop maintenance plans for critical assets.
• Coordinate documentation and establish planning processes to support national expansion.
• Contribute to scheduling standards, reporting and continuous improvement within AMS.
