Consolidated Power Projects Australia (CPP) is seeking a proactive Services Planner for its Asset Management Services (AMS) team, based in Wingfield, SA. You will shape planning across maintenance, replacement and upgrade projects on Australia's energy network.

Working with Delivery Managers and field teams, you’ll own workforce planning, scheduling and work-pack preparation, ensuring readiness before site execution and coordinating resources across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, resource scheduling, project planning or a closely related discipline.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, priorities and resources across different projects and locations.
• Strong experience using planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project, CMMS or asset management systems.
• The ability to interpret technical documentation and translate asset requirements into practical maintenance or work plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with operational, technical and project delivery teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes

The opportunity

As CPP's Asset Management Services (AMS) business continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive and organised Services Planner to help build and shape a critical planning function that supports maintenance, replacement and upgrade projects across Australia's electricity infrastructure network. This newly created role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact by improving resource utilisation, project readiness and delivery outcomes across a national portfolio of work.

Working closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Leading Hands and field-based teams, you'll take ownership of workforce planning, scheduling and work-pack preparation, ensuring projects and maintenance activities are planned effectively before work reaches site. You'll maintain visibility of available resources, employee capabilities and upcoming work demands, helping balance competing priorities across multiple projects and locations.

This role extends beyond traditional project scheduling. You'll support the mobilisation of maintenance contracts, develop maintenance plans for critical assets, coordinate documentation and establish planning processes that will support AMS as it continues to expand nationally. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to scheduling standards, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives while working alongside experienced professionals delivering essential energy infrastructure projects.
