Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) is seeking a High Voltage Operating Coordinator to manage HV energisation, switching, and access permitting across national projects. Based in Sydney or Adelaide, you will coordinate switching programs, support commissioning, and ensure compliance with ESR on live assets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated high voltage switching experience in substations, transmission, generation or renewables.
• Experience preparing switching programs and switching sheets.
• Strong understanding of isolation, permitting and electrical safety processes.
• Proven ability to enforce safety requirements and challenge unsafe behaviours.
• Experience with high voltage equipment and energisation or commissioning activities.
• Excellent communication with project teams, contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HV energisation, switching and access permitting activities.
• Prepare, review and implement switching programs and sheets.
• Support delivery and compliance of Electrical Safety Rules and procedures.
• Issue and manage permits and isolations for safe access to assets.
• Collaborate with project teams during energisation activities.
• Maintain operational records and authorisation documentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HV operational systems and procedures.
• Support safe project delivery across renewable energy, substations and BESS projects nationally.
