Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects Australia (CPP) is seeking a proactive Services Planner for its Asset Management Services (AMS) team, based in Wingfield, SA. You will shape planning across maintenance, replacement and upgrade projects on Australia's energy network.

Working with Delivery Managers and field teams, you’ll own workforce planning, scheduling and work-pack preparation, ensuring readiness before site execution and coordinating resources across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, resource scheduling, project planning or a closely related discipline.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, priorities and resources across different projects and locations.
• Strong experience using planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project, CMMS or asset management systems.
• The ability to interpret technical documentation and translate asset requirements into practical maintenance or work plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with operational, technical and project delivery teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance, replacement and upgrade projects across Australia's electricity infrastructure network.
• Coordinate workforce planning, scheduling and work-pack preparation to ensure project readiness.
• Maintain visibility of available resources and upcoming work demands across multiple locations.
• Support mobilization of maintenance contracts and develop maintenance plans for critical assets.
• Contribute to scheduling standards, reporting and continuous improvement within AMS.
