Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America is hiring a Workflow Coordinator to support radiologists and clinic operations. This fully remote role will cover NSW while accepting national applicants, coordinating daily radiologist workflows and monitoring KPIs to ensure efficient reporting services.

You will troubleshoot RIS/PACS issues, support roster planning, and act as the primary contact for workflow support within a fast-paced healthcare setting. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a radiology clinic.
• Proficient in RIS/PACS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily radiologist workflow and reporting allocation.
• Monitor turnaround times, overflow reporting, and KPIs.
• Track performance metrics and escalate risks or variances.
• Follow up on outstanding reports to ensure timeliness.
• Troubleshoot workflow and RIS/PACS issues and escalate as needed.
• Support workload distribution and roster planning.
• Serve as first point of contact for workflow support.
• Build relationships with radiologists and referrers.
• Respond to queries within KPI standards.
• Document critical findings per governance requirements.
• Analyze workflow data and produce KPI reports.
