Job summary

Lumus Imaging seeks an organized Workflow Coordinator to support radiologists and clinic operations in delivering efficient reporting services. This fully remote role covers NSW and national applicants are welcome.

You will coordinate daily radiologist workflows, monitor KPIs, manage overflow reporting, troubleshoot RIS/PACS issues, and support service excellence across the network. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ experience in a radiology clinic, is proficient in RIS/PACS and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a radiology clinic or similar environment.
• Proficient with RIS/PACS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Solid understanding of radiology workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily radiologist workflow and reporting allocation.
• Monitor turnaround times and KPI performance.
• Track metrics and identify risks or variances.
• Follow up on outstanding reports to ensure timely completion.
• Troubleshoot workflow and RIS/PACS issues and escalate as needed.
• Support workload distribution and roster planning.
• Act as first point of contact for workflow support.
