Job summary

PRO Radiology is seeking an experienced Radiology Administration & Client Services Officer to join our Operations team in Brisbane. You will coordinate reporting workflows, support radiologists and clients, and oversee turnaround times in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Ideal candidates will have Medicare billing/MBS knowledge, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently from home while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous radiology administration experience.
• Medicare billing and MBS knowledge – essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating radiology reporting workflows and study allocation.
• Supporting clients and radiologists.
• Monitoring report turnaround times and urgent reporting priorities.
• Verifying and distributing radiology reports.
• Medicare billing, invoicing, batching and receipting.
