Mind Australia is a leading provider of community-managed psychosocial services in Australia, delivering safe, high-quality care. We are seeking a Manager Quality Assurance for a fixed-term 12-month, full-time role overseeing quality governance, accreditation, complaints and privacy obligations across the organisation.

The role provides strategic leadership of quality systems and continuous improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with lived experience led practice.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading quality assurance, accreditation or compliance functions within mental health, health, disability, community services or human services sectors.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation and regulatory requirements, particularly NDIS Practice Standards.
• Experience leading organisational accreditation activities, audits, corrective action programs and compliance monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing complaints, incident management and organisational quality reporting functions.

Aufgaben

• Lead Mind's Quality Team and foster accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and high performance.
• Build organisational capability in quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee and embed Mind's Quality Framework and assurance systems with scheduled reviews.
• Lead organisational accreditation activities, including NDIS Practice Standards and other national frameworks.
• Support operational leaders to manage complex, high-risk complaints and incidents.
