Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders based on requisitions.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Contact suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
• Track inventory levels and incoming goods.
• Prepare basic reports on purchasing activities.
• Respond to internal queries on order status and procurement processes.
