Job summary

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a Program Administration Coordinator to join the National Learning and Organisation Development team in Sydney. This permanent full-time position provides administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of L&OD programs across Ramsay Australia.

You will plan, coordinate and administer training, coordinate and market programs, take minutes for meetings, and maintain timely communications with stakeholders while working in a flexible environment that supports working

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a busy administration role.
• Ability to handle a large workload with multiple priorities in a timely manner.
• High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency including Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination and administration of training programs
• Coordinate, advertise and market programs
• Assist in relevant meeting coordination and preparation including minute taking
