Job summary

Life Without Barriers is seeking a Program Assistant – Youth Team to join our statewide team in Queensland. You will provide administrative and financial support, manage client records, and coordinate regional resources to enable effective program delivery.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work remotely within Queensland. A tertiary qualification or relevant experience is preferred, with a commitment to positive outcomes for young people.

Qualifications

• Strong administration, organisation and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of invoicing, payments, bookkeeping and financial administration tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and problem-solving.
• Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in health, welfare or business.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and program support to the Youth Team across services.
• Manage payments, invoices, acquittals and other finance-related tasks.
• Undertake bookkeeping and financial administration activities.
• Maintain confidential client information, registers and records.
• Coordinate regional resources and ensure policy compliance.
