Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a hands-on Product Owner (Customer Experience) based in Australia. You will own end-to-end customer journeys across consumer-facing products, identify friction, and drive data-driven improvements.

You will work with developers, analysts, and designers to translate analytics into hypotheses and launch initiatives. This remote opportunity offers broad product ownership and the chance to influence experiences used by a million-strong audience,

Qualifications

Hands-on Product Owner/PM with end-to-end ownership of the customer journey.
Experience with B2C products and cross-functional teams.
Practical use of AI-powered tools for product analytics and documentation.

Responsibilities

Own the customer journey end-to-end from signup to long-term engagement.
Identify friction, pain points, and growth opportunities across the funnel.
Explore product analytics and validate hypotheses using AI-powered tools.
Translate findings into concise product briefs and drive initiatives from concept to launch.
Prioritize backlog to maximise user and business value.
Collaborate with developers, analysts and designers to deliver improvements.
Connect initiatives to measurable business outcomes beyond conversions.
