Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Product Owner in Australia to join a remote-first technology team. You will help shape product strategy for HR, payroll and recruitment platforms, working with designers, engineers and product experts to translate vision into actionable roadmaps and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred in Business Systems, IT, Engineering or quantitatively oriented field.
• Experience delivering products in a fast-paced, high-velocity team.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and ensure delivery success.
• Translate vision into roadmap, delivery, operations and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and adapt roadmap while staying true to the product vision.
• Prioritise the backlog guiding release planning and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and leadership to plan testing and performance measures.
• Develop launch collateral with Sales/Marketing and support rollout for customers.
• Communicate clearly to stakeholders and present product status at various levels.
