Job summary

Ausfive Psychology is a new telehealth psychology platform launching across Australia, and we need one exceptional administrator to run our front of house — fully remote, full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

You'll manage bookings, rescheduling and payments in Halaxy, handle the practice inbox end-to-end, chase referrals, and support practitioner onboarding as the team grows. Daily updates to the director ensure clear, fast decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical/allied-health reception.
• Halaxy practice management software experience is required.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Answer every call and SMS warmly and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Manage bookings, rescheduling and payments in Halaxy.
• Administer the practice inbox and chase referrals; keep records immaculate.
• Support practitioner onboarding as the team scales.
• Provide a short daily update to the director and be reachable during work hours.
