Job summary

Talent Guys Llc is seeking a PPC Advertising Specialist to create and manage paid campaigns for multiple clients from our Bathurst-based office. You will drive sales, optimize ads, and collaborate with the marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

The role requires proven PPC experience, strong data analysis, and excellent communication to manage client relationships and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing PPC advertising campaigns.
• Experience in keyword research and creating targeted campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within the marketing team.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns for clients.
• Develop and implement advertising strategies to drive sales and increase client exposure.
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant terms for each campaign.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Proofread and manage client accounts, building relationships and driving business development.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated advertising campaigns.
• Use analytics tools to interpret campaign data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
• Oversee existing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.
