Job summary

Self Money Care, listed on behalf of a partner, is seeking a PPC Specialist in Australia. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and social platforms to drive leads and revenue.

This 100% remote, full-time role emphasizes data-driven optimization and collaboration with performance marketers, content creators, and analytics teams. You will own planning, setup, testing, CRO, tracking, and reporting, with a focus on improving ROAS and conversions while staying within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years managing PPC and paid media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, audience targeting, budget allocations, and bidding strategies.
• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
• Develop compelling ad copy, organize campaign structures, and test variations to improve engagement and conversions.
• Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, impressions, and conversions; adjust bids and budgets accordingly.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve landing pages and user journeys.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking, UTM parameters, pixels, GA, and tag management systems.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Forecast advertising spend and ROI, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Share performance insights across channels to align paid media with broader marketing goals.
• Stay updated on platform changes and test new channels and automation.
