Pet Circle Pharmacy is recruiting for a part-time casual role based on-site at Pemulwuy. You will deliver high-volume customer support via email and live chat, manage prescriptions and order workflows, and support pharmacy operations to keep everything running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring experience in fast-paced customer service, strong communication, and a genuine interest in pets. A flexible, team-first mindset and comfort with multiple online systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, KPI-driven customer service or operations environment.
• Pharmacy or dispensary experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Self-motivated to independently resolve issues while collaborating with the team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and regulated processes.
• Confident using multiple online systems including CRM and order-management platforms.
• Willingness to move between customer support and hands-on pharmacy operations.
• Genuine interest in pets and pet health.

Responsabilités

• Deliver best-in-class customer service in a high-volume environment, mainly via email and live chat, with some outbound calls.
• Own customer enquiries about orders, deliveries, prescription requirements and the pharmacy ordering process, resolving issues to meet KPIs.
• Manage prescription-related administration and correspondence with customers and veterinary clinics.
• Perform administrative checks of prescription/order information per SOPs and escalate discrepancies.
• Accurately pick, pack, label and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Identify delays in prescription processing or delivery and liaise with customers, clinics, pharmacists and delivery partners.
• Support stock receipt, inventory management, and general pharmacy operations.
• Maintain accurate customer, prescription and order records across systems.
• Share insights to improve processes and customer experience.
• Move between customer support and pharmacy tasks as volumes require.
