Pet Circle Pharmacy is hiring a customer-focused specialist for our Pemulwuy on-site team. This part-time role handles high-volume customer support via email and live chat, with some calls, while ensuring prescriptions and orders are processed accurately.

You will assist with prescription administration, order fulfilment, and data entry, while collaborating with clinics and delivery partners. A keen pet-health interest and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a fast-paced customer service or operations role.
• Pharmacy or dispensary experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
• Interest in AI and new technologies to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-volume customer service via email and live chat, with some outbound calls.
• Own end-to-end customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries and prescriptions.
• Support prescription administration and correspondence with customers and clinics.
• Perform accuracy checks on prescription and order info per SOPs and regulatory rules.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Maintain customer, prescription and order records across systems.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
